The Interview

MediaPoint believes in having the best talent on board. Picking the best talent needs multiple levels of screening. Hence we have multiple levels of interviews ranging from an engineer to a top management person. Based on the role you are being interviewed for, you will be administered written tests if needed.

As we hand pick the best employees, it may take several weeks to take a decision. No worries, as soon as we take the decision the concerned recruiter will be in touch with you. If you are willing to be our 'the dependable' then we'll extend a formal letter. If not, the resume will LIVE for three months before we file it.

Our internship programs are full-time positions, with flexible work times and work periods. While, we offer flexible work timings, we expect you to commit at least two months of work. MediaPoint will ensure that you as an Intern get a holistic learning experience and greater understanding of our work culture, and products and services we offer.

We offer best-in-class trainings for the students who are selected to work with us as interns. Each and every intern at MediaPoint, will receive complete attention from the leaders while being treated with constant mentorship and learning from our training department.

You will be mapped to an "Intern Buddy" who will be instrumental in understanding you and will motivate you, supervise your work and help you identify the goals of the project; All this while 'Intern Buddy' moulds you as a complete professional. You will also get a chance to attend the trainings and workshops which will be conducted at MediaPoint.
